Target Mining Resources and her partners are committed to ensure the host communities are engaged to part-take in the discovery, mining and utilization of their natural resources. Since 2020, our community has grown from just the founding directors to an increased number of investors, clients, employees and alumni.

As part of our corporate policy, all positions that do not require specialized skills are to be filled by locally sourced labour market. We work with local vendors to identified local human resource and offer training to upskill them to deliver required services at their positions.
